Terms & Conditions
These terms clearly govern all retreat bookings, accommodation, meals, equipment rentals, and guided surf excursions operated by TAMRAGHT HORIZON in Tamraght, Taghazout Bay, Morocco.
01.1. Scope of Agreement
These terms apply to all guests booking directly with TAMRAGHT HORIZON. Confirmation is established upon receipt of a valid booking reference generated by our system.
02.2. Payment Terms & Schedule
Guests may choose to pay a 10% online deposit (with the remaining 90% balance collected on arrival in Moroccan Dirhams or Euros) or settle 100% upon arrival with Pay on Site.
03.3. Check-In, Check-Out & House Rules
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrivals and luggage storage are always accommodated warmly subject to availability.
04.4. Surf Coaching & Ocean Safety
All ocean activities are conducted under certified Moroccan instructor guidance. Participants must disclose swimming ability and medical conditions prior to water sessions.
