At TAMRAGHT HORIZON, we understand travel plans can shift. With only a 10% deposit required upfront and a 14-day cancellation window, your financial risk is kept minimal.
01.Why Only a 10% Deposit?
Unlike providers demanding 50% or 100% upfront payment, TAMRAGHT HORIZON requires only 10% to secure your dates. The remaining 90% balance is only paid upon arrival in Morocco.
02.How Refunds Are Processed
For cancellations notified 14+ days before scheduled arrival, deposit refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment method.
03.Ocean Conditions & Wave Flexibility
If ocean swells or weather are unsuitable at a primary break, coaches relocate sessions to protected coastal bays (such as Imsouane or Banana Beach) or substitute alternative excursions (Timlaline sand dunes, Paradise Valley) at no extra charge.
